System overview

This ArsenalPC gaming desktop is built around an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D 16-core processor running at 4.3 GHz with 128 MB cache. It ships with Windows 11 Home and targets enthusiasts who want a ready-to-run system for high-end gaming and content creation. Buyers who need a compact form factor or a lower power draw should look elsewhere.

Processor and memory

The CPU uses the AM5 socket on an MSI AM5 motherboard with Wi-Fi and DDR5 support. Four 32 GB modules provide 128 GB of DDR5 memory in a 288-pin DIMM layout. The platform is marketed as AI Ready for workloads that can use the 16 cores and 64-bit architecture.

Storage and graphics

Storage combines a 2 TB 7200 RPM SATA hard drive with a 2 TB NVMe SSD for capacity and speed. The GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card carries GDDR7 video memory. A 360 mm liquid cooler and an 850 W power supply handle thermals and power delivery for the complete build.

Questions about this item

What does the 4.3GHz base clock on the Ryzen 9 9950X3D mean for everyday workloads?

The 16-core processor runs at 4.3GHz base frequency, giving strong single-thread response for gaming and enough multi-core throughput for rendering or compilation without relying on boost clocks alone.

How does the PCIe link feeding the RTX 5070 limit its throughput?

The AM5 platform provides PCIe 5.0 x16 to the graphics slot, so the RTX 5070 with GDDR7 memory can saturate its memory subsystem without being bottlenecked by the bus.

Will the 360mm liquid cooler fit inside the MAG PANO 120R PZ case?

The chassis is designed around a 360mm radiator, so the included liquid cooler mounts directly to the top or front panel without modification.
