ArsenalPC ROG Strix Helios GX601 Gaming Desktop

This ArsenalPC system is a complete gaming desktop built inside the ROG Strix Helios GX601 case. It runs on an Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF processor with 20 cores reaching 5.4 GHz. An NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics card with 16 GB GDDR7 handles visuals. The platform includes 128 GB of DDR5 memory, a 4 TB NVMe SSD paired with a 2 TB hard drive, and an 850 W power supply. Windows 11 Home comes pre-installed and the build uses a 360 mm liquid cooler with RGB lighting.

Suited for high-refresh 1440p

The 20-core processor and large memory pool support streaming, content creation and running multiple demanding applications at once. Fast NVMe storage keeps load times short while the secondary drive adds bulk capacity. Buyers who need ECC memory, server-grade remote management or a workstation-class GPU should look at something else. The configuration targets consumer workloads rather than specialised compute clusters.

128 GB DDR5 memory capacity

This single specification defines the multitasking ceiling for the system. The 128 GB kit allows large project files, virtual machines and modern game textures to stay resident without paging. If a workflow regularly exceeds this amount, the desktop will not meet the requirement. For typical gaming and creative loads the capacity provides generous headroom.

Questions about this item

How do I verify the 360mm liquid cooler is running after I power on the system?

Check the pump and fan RPM in the BIOS or ASUS monitoring software; both should report speeds above zero and coolant temperature should stabilise under load.

What components come pre-installed and which items such as monitor, keyboard or mouse must be purchased separately?

The desktop ships with the Core Ultra 7 265KF, RTX 5070 Ti 16GB GDDR7, 128GB DDR5, 4TB NVMe SSD, 2TB HDD, 850W PSU, Windows 11 Home, Wi-Fi, 2.5G Ethernet and RGB lighting; peripherals are not included.

Which configuration suits 4K gaming versus heavy content creation given the single specification offered?

The sole build pairs the 20-core 5.4GHz processor, 128GB DDR5 and RTX 5070 Ti 16GB GDDR7, delivering high frame rates at 4K and ample memory bandwidth for rendering workloads.
