Target system and user

This ArsenalPC desktop pairs an Intel Core i7-14700KF 20-core processor running at 3.4GHz with an AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card. It is built for players who want high frame rates at demanding resolutions and creators who need multi-threaded throughput for rendering or streaming workloads.

Storage and memory impact

A 4TB NVMe SSD and a 2TB HDD combine fast boot and load times with bulk capacity for large libraries. The 32GB DDR5 kit feeds the 20-core CPU without bottleneck, while the 16GB GDDR6 frame buffer on the GPU supports texture-heavy titles and GPU-accelerated applications.

Capacity comfort zone

The 850W supply and 360mm liquid cooler give the i7-14700KF and RX 9070 XT headroom for sustained boost clocks during long sessions. Builders who need a second graphics card or more than 32GB of system memory will hit the board and power limits of this configuration.

Questions about this item

Will the 360mm liquid cooler need refilling or pump replacement over time?

The 360mm liquid cooler is a sealed all-in-one unit that does not require refilling; pump replacement would only be needed if the unit fails after extended use.

What thermal or power limit appears first when the i7-14700KF and RX 9070 XT run at full load continuously?

The 850W power supply sets the overall power ceiling; the CPU and GPU will throttle if combined draw approaches that limit or if the 360mm radiator cannot reject heat fast enough.

How loud is the system and what are typical coolant temperatures during all-day gaming sessions?

The 360mm radiator and liquid loop keep coolant temperatures lower than air cooling, allowing fans to run at modest speeds for quiet operation during sustained loads.
