18-Color Watercolor Set in Tin

This Artecho watercolor set packs 18 pans into a lightweight metal tin that weighs 0.15 kilograms. It is designed for artists who want a complete palette they can carry in a pocket or small bag. The tin keeps paints, brush, and sponge together so nothing gets lost during travel or outdoor sessions.

Capacity and mixing headroom

Eighteen hues give enough range for landscapes, journals, and quick sketches without needing extra tubes. The included sponge and blank color chart printed on watercolor paper let you test and record custom mixes on the spot. Once the 18 pans are used up, the set has no built-in refill system, so you would need to replace the whole tin or source compatible pans separately.

Tin case, brush pen, and daily use

The metal case snaps shut to protect pans from crushing and keeps the water brush pen clean inside a backpack. The brush pen holds its own water supply, so you can paint without carrying a separate cup. The set is labeled nontoxic: No, so it is not suited for young children who might ingest paint. Part number ATO-WP1802 identifies this exact configuration.

Questions about this item

Will the 18 pan set fit inside my existing travel tin without rattling?

The paints come in their own lightweight metal tin that measures 0.15 kg and holds the pans, brush and sponge securely; it is designed as a self-contained kit rather than a refill for another box.

How can I verify the water brush pen is flowing correctly before I start a painting?

Squeeze the barrel gently until water saturates the brush tip, then stroke the included blank color chart on watercolor paper — a smooth, even line with no skipping shows the pen is ready.

Does the tin include a mixing palette or do I need to buy one separately?

The lid of the supplied tin doubles as a mixing area and a blank color chart is printed on watercolor paper inside; no extra palette purchase is required.
