Direct replacement for UniData handsets

This ArtisanPower battery fits the UniData ICW-1000G and WPU-7800 cordless IP phones. It replaces the original UniData part numbers 3ICW-1000B and KAL523450AR. The pack uses lithium-ion chemistry rated at 3.7 volts and 1200 mAh. It is intended for maintenance teams or businesses keeping those specific handsets in service.

Steady discharge over a full shift

The cell is designed to deliver its rated capacity across a typical working day rather than in a short burst. Internal testing shows it outlasts the original equipment battery by nine percent under comparable usage. That margin translates into extra talk and standby time before a recharge is needed. The slim 53 by 34 by 5 millimetre profile fits the existing compartment without modification.

Verify handset model before ordering

Confirm the phone is a UniData ICW-1000G or WPU-7800; other models use different pack shapes or voltages. Check that the original battery label reads 3ICW-1000B or KAL523450AR to ensure the connector and polarity match. The replacement weighs approximately sixty grams, so the handset balance remains unchanged. No firmware update or tooling is required for the swap.

Questions about this item

How much heat does the 3.7 Volt lithium-ion cell generate during all-day VoIP use?

The 1200 mAh pack runs at a nominal 3.7 Volts, so heat output stays low during continuous cordless IP phone operation.

What must I already own for this 1200 mAh replacement to work?

You need a UniData ICW-1000G or WPU-7800 cordless IP phone that accepts the original 3ICW-1000B or KAL523450AR battery.

Will the 53 x 34 x 5 mm pack fit alongside the original battery compartment in my older UniData handset?

Yes, the 53 by 34 by 5 millimetre dimensions match the OEM cavity, so the replacement seats without modification.
