Versatile Core & Upper Body Workout

The Easy Slider ED-2000 uses a side-to-side gliding motion to engage the abs, obliques, arms, shoulders and back in a single movement. It is built for adults of any fitness level who want a compact home-gym accessory that works the entire upper body in a few minutes each day. The unisex design suits beginners and advanced users alike.

Capacity and Headroom

The roller weighs 4.43 kg and supports a 400-pound weight capacity, giving most adults ample headroom for bodyweight exercises. Its lightweight ABS construction makes it easy to move between rooms or pack for travel, while the sturdy frame remains stable during intense sessions. Users exceeding the stated limit will need a different training tool.

Slip-Resistant Grip

A comfortable, slip-resistant handle provides secure control throughout the lateral glide, reducing the chance of hands shifting during fast or fatigued repetitions. This single feature determines whether the user can maintain proper form for the full workout. Buyers who prefer contoured or padded grips should verify the handle shape matches their preference.

Questions about this item

Will the 4.43 kg Easy Slider ED-2000 damage my existing hardwood floor during side-to-side gliding?

The ABS construction glides smoothly; place a thin exercise mat underneath if your floor is easily marked.

How can I verify the ED-2000 is functioning correctly after assembly?

The roller should move freely left and right with no binding, and the slip-resistant handles must stay firm under your full weight.

What comes in the ED-2000 box and what must I supply myself?

The kit includes the roller frame and handles; no tools or extra parts are required, just clear floor space.
