30-Inch Beginner Acoustic Guitar

This 30-inch acoustic guitar is built for beginners and younger players who need a compact instrument. The package includes a gig bag, shoulder strap, digital tuner, extra steel strings, three assorted picks and an instructional sheet. Basswood top, back and sides with a high-gloss pink finish provide a bright tone and standout projection. Eighteen finished frets and a comfortable neck make early practice sessions approachable.

Ready-to-Play Setup

The guitar arrives assembled and strung so you can start learning immediately after tuning. New steel strings settle over the first few weeks and will require frequent retuning until they stretch, which is normal. The included digital tuner and pitch pipe simplify the tuning process for first-time users. Right-handed orientation and the small body suit students and teens who find full-size guitars awkward.

18.75-Inch Scale Length

The 18.75-inch scale length determines fret spacing and string tension, making this the key specification for deciding if the instrument fits the player. Shorter scale reduces reach between frets and lowers the force needed to press strings, helping smaller hands build technique. Buyers who need standard concert spacing or higher string tension for advanced repertoire should consider a longer-scale instrument.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the 30-inch guitar is set up correctly after unpacking?

Check that the 6 pre-installed steel strings hold pitch on the digital tuner after the initial settling period, confirm the 18 finished frets feel even along the 18.75-inch scale, and ensure the neck joins the body cleanly at the 9.5-inch mark.

What accessories come in the starter kit and what must I purchase separately?

The package includes a soft nylon gig bag, shoulder strap, digital tuner, pitch pipe, extra set of 6 steel strings, 3 assorted celluloid picks, and an instructional sheet; no extra items are required to begin playing.

Which size should I choose for a younger beginner — the 30-inch model or a larger version?

This listing only offers the 30-inch guitar measuring 30" long × 11" wide × 2.5" deep with an 18.75-inch scale and 13.5-inch body, designed for students and teens needing a compact instrument.
