A slim barebone with an 8-core Intel Core Ultra 5 325, dual DDR5 SO-DIMM slots for up to 128 GB, PCIe Gen5 and Gen4 M.2 bays, 2.5 GbE LAN, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0
CPU Intel Core Ultra 5 325
LAN 1 x 2.5 Gigabit LAN
The ASRock Industrial NUCS BOX-325 is a slim mini-PC barebone built around an Intel Core Ultra 5 325 processor with 8 cores (4P+4LE). It ships without memory or storage, giving system builders a compact platform that supports DDR5-6400 SO-DIMMs up to 128 GB in dual-channel mode. Integrated Intel Graphics, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0 are included on the board.
The unit suits developers and integrators who need a small AI-ready box with Thunderbolt 4, 2.5 GbE and quad-display outputs from HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort over USB-C. It is not for buyers who want memory or an SSD pre-installed, nor for builds that require more than two M.2 slots or a power input outside the 12 V–24 V DC range.
The single spec that decides fit is the maximum memory capacity of 128 GB across two 262-pin SO-DIMM slots running DDR5-6400. If the workload needs more than 128 GB or requires a different memory form factor, this barebone cannot meet the requirement.
Measured against everything we stock in Mini PC Barebone Systems, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.
