Micro ATX board with LGA 1151 socket and Intel C232 chipset supports up to 32 GB DDR4 memory
The ASUS E3M-PLUS V5 is an LGA 1151 motherboard built on the Intel C232 chipset for Micro ATX chassis. It targets builders assembling compact workstations or servers that need reliable DDR4 memory support.
The board draws modest power in typical workloads and runs cool with standard case airflow, producing minimal audible noise from passive chipset cooling. No active fan is mounted on the C232 heatsink, so system acoustics depend on the CPU cooler and case fans chosen by the builder.
The Micro ATX form factor frees expansion slots in smaller enclosures while retaining four DDR4 slots for up to 32GB of memory. A single SATA cable and the rear I/O panel are included, so builders must supply additional drive cables and mounting hardware for their storage configuration.

Mount the board using the Micro ATX screw holes, fit the supplied I/O back panel into the case cutout before securing the board, then connect the included SATA cable to the onboard SATA port and your drive.
The board ships with a metal battery for CMOS power; when the system loses time or BIOS settings, replace that cell.
The Intel C232 chipset and DDR4 design cap memory at 32GB, so heavy workloads will hit that capacity ceiling before other onboard limits.
