ASUS Prime AP202 Gaming Desktop

The ASUS Prime AP202 is a liquid-cooled gaming desktop built around an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 16-core processor running at 4.7 GHz. It includes 32 GB of DDR5 memory and a 2 TB NVMe SSD. An NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 with 12 GB GDDR7 provides the graphics output. The system ships with Windows 11 Home and an 850 W power supply.

Buyers wanting a ready-to-play 1440p rig

This PC suits players who want a pre-built system tested for high-frame-rate gaming at 1440p and entry 4K. The 360 mm liquid cooler keeps the 16-core CPU stable under load. Builders who need more than 2 TB of fast storage or a second graphics card should look elsewhere, as the chassis and power budget are configured for the supplied parts only.

RTX 5070 12 GB GDDR7 graphics card

The installed GeForce RTX 5070 delivers 12 GB of GDDR7 video memory on a PCI Express x16 interface and is marked VR ready. This GPU specification is the primary factor for matching the system to a target resolution and refresh rate.

Questions about this item

Will a 360 mm liquid cooler fit inside the AP202 chassis without blocking the RAM slots?

The 360 mm cooler mounts to the top or front of the AP202 case and clears all four DDR5 slots, so the 32 GB kit installs without interference.

What is the correct order for seating the RTX 5070 and connecting the 12 VHPWR cable so the card posts on first boot?

Insert the RTX 5070 fully into the PCI Express x16 slot until the latch clicks, then attach the 12 VHPWR power connector before closing the side panel.

When should the 360 mm liquid cooler’s coolant be refreshed, and what capacity SSD does the NVMe slot accept for future expansion?

Plan a coolant refresh every two to three years; the NVMe slot supports additional 2 TB drives for storage upgrades.
