Built for high-end gaming and heavy multitasking

This ASUS Prime AP202 desktop pairs a 16-core AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor running at 4.7GHz with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card holding 16GB GDDR7 memory. The combination targets enthusiasts who need strong single-thread speed and high frame rates at demanding resolutions. Windows 11 Home comes pre-installed.

360mm liquid cooler keeps the CPU stable under

A 1000W power supply feeds the components, while 64GB of DDR5 memory across four slots provides headroom for creative workloads. The 2TB NVMe SSD handles the operating system and primary games library, with SATA III ports available for additional storage drives. Component brands may vary from the images shown.

Verify your monitor inputs match the RTX 5080

Ensure your desk space accommodates a full-size tower chassis and that your mains circuit can support a 1000W draw. The four DDR5 slots are fully populated, so future memory upgrades require module replacement. Component brands may vary, so check specific connector layouts on delivery.

Questions about this item

What PCIe generation does the RTX 5080 use, and what bandwidth ceiling does that set?

The RTX 5080 connects through a PCI Express x16 slot, so the graphics card runs at the full lane width the platform provides.

What are the physical constraints for the 360 mm liquid cooler in the AP202 chassis?

The 360 mm radiator needs a front or top mounting location that can accept three fans and the length of the radiator itself.

How is the 64 GB DDR5 kit installed, and which step do builders often miss?

The four modules fill all four DIMM slots; the step people miss is pressing each stick down until both retention clips click shut.
