Check AM5 motherboard clearance

Before ordering, verify your workspace can accommodate a full-size desktop tower with a 360mm liquid cooler installed. The system draws power from an 850W supply unit, so confirm your mains circuit and any UPS can handle that load. Ensure your monitor supports the GPU output standard required by the RTX 5070 interface.

Windows 11 Home and RGB lighting included

Windows 11 Home is pre-installed and activated, removing the need for a separate licence purchase or manual setup. The chassis includes configurable RGB lighting for aesthetic customisation. Component brands may vary from the images shown, though all specifications match the listed 128GB DDR5, 2TB NVMe and 12GB GDDR7 GPU memory.

Questions about this item

Does the ASUS Prime AP202 ship with Windows 11 Home already installed, or do I need to buy a licence separately?

Windows 11 Home comes pre-installed and activated, so no separate licence purchase is required.

The CPU is listed as a 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X3D running at 4.3 GHz — is that the base clock or a boost figure?

4.3 GHz is the base frequency; the processor will boost higher under load.

With the RTX 5070 and its 12 GB GDDR7 memory, what resolution and refresh rate can I realistically target in modern titles?

The 12 GB GDDR7 frame buffer and GPU core make 1440p high-refresh or 4K 60 Hz gaming practical in current titles.
