Mini-ITX board for 12th, 13th and 14th Gen Intel Core CPUs with 32 Gbps M.2, DDR4 3200, USB 3.2 Gen 1 and 5+1+1 DrMOS power stages
H610 PRIME H610I-PLUS D4
The ASUS PRIME H610I-PLUS D4 is a Mini-ITX board built around the Intel H610 chipset and LGA 1700 socket. It accepts 12th, 13th and 14th Gen Intel Core processors and supports DDR4 memory up to 3200MHz. The small form factor suits compact workstations or home-office builds where expansion slots are not required.
A 5+1+1 DrMOS power stage array feeds the CPU, while a VRM heatsink and PCH heatsink dissipate heat during long sessions. Fan Xpert software adjusts fan curves automatically, keeping temperatures stable when the processor runs at high load for extended periods. The 32Gbps M.2 slot maintains consistent throughput for the operating system drive.
The board fits any Mini-ITX compatible chassis and uses standard mounting holes. Builders must ensure the case provides adequate airflow over the VRM heatsink because the compact layout leaves little room for extra cooling. The single M.2 slot limits storage expansion, so buyers who want more storage should plan for SATA drives instead. The rear panel includes HDMI, D-SUB, USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, Realtek 1 Gb Ethernet, a COM header and a mono-out header with an integrated amplifier IC.

Other versions of this model
The board uses a VRM heatsink, PCH heatsink and Fan Xpert to manage heat from the 5+1+1 DrMOS power stages during sustained loads.
Install DDR4 modules rated for 3200MHz; the board supports that speed on the LGA 1700 socket.
Yes, the board provides SATA 6 Gbps ports and a 32Gbps M.2 slot so both drive types can be used at the same time.
