Sealed unit opened only for verified upgrades

The original seal is opened by engineers to install or test memory and storage upgrades; the factory warranty covers remaining components. No user-serviceable parts are exposed, so installation risk is limited to the professional customisation already performed. Factory defects are reduced through in-depth inspection before the laptop reaches the buyer.

Confirm charger, dock

The laptop provides two USB 4.0 Type-C ports with DisplayPort and G-SYNC support, one of which adds power delivery, plus two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, HDMI 2.1 FRL, RJ45 LAN and a 3.5mm combo jack. There is no SD card reader. Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 handle wireless connectivity. Ensure your docks, monitors and power accessories match these interfaces.

Questions about this item

Will the 18 inch 144Hz FHD+ display fit on my desk and is it too heavy to move?

The laptop measures 15.71 x 11.57 x .91 inches and weighs 6.61 pounds, so it needs a wide surface but remains portable for an 18 inch gaming machine.

Can I connect two external monitors and charge the laptop through USB-C at the same time?

Yes, it has two USB 4.0 Type-C ports that both support DisplayPort and G-SYNC, and one also supports power delivery, allowing dual monitors and charging simultaneously.

Does the 512GB PCIe SSD leave room for more storage without opening the chassis?

The specifications list only the 512GB PCIe SSD with no HDD or card reader, so adding storage would require an internal upgrade or an external drive.
