Questions about this item

How long can the i9-14900HX sustain its 5.7 GHz turbo before thermal limits engage?

The 24-core i9-14900HX reaches 5.7 GHz Max Turbo Boost; sustained clocks depend on the ROG cooling solution and workload, so peak frequency will drop once the thermal envelope is filled.

What fan noise and surface temperatures should I expect after hours of gaming on the 18" WUXGA panel?

Under continuous load the dual-fan system spins up to move heat from the CPU and RTX 5070 8GB GDDR7 GPU; expect audible airflow and warm keyboard deck and exhaust areas.

Which dock or adapter do I need to run two external monitors from the Thunderbolt 4 and HDMI 2.1 FRL ports?

Connect one display to the HDMI 2.1 FRL port and a second to the Thunderbolt 4 port using a compatible dock or USB-C video adapter; both outputs are driven by the RTX 5070 GPU.
