ROG Strix Helios GX601 White liquid-cooled desktop

This ASUS ROG Strix Helios GX601 White system is a new gaming desktop PC built around an Intel Core i9-14900KF 24-core processor running at 3.2GHz. It ships with a 360mm liquid cooler, 32GB of DDR5 memory, a Radeon RX 9070 graphics card with 16GB GDDR6, 4TB NVMe SSD plus 2TB SATA III HDD storage, a 750W power supply and Windows 11 Home. Components brands may vary.

Suits high-refresh 1440p and 4K gamers.

The 24-core CPU and RX 9070 give strong frame rates in modern titles at high resolutions, while 32GB DDR5 and 4TB NVMe keep loading times short and multitasking smooth. VR-ready certification means headset titles run without extra setup. Builders who need a second graphics card, more than four memory slots or a different socket should look elsewhere.

4TB NVMe plus 2TB HDD headroom

The 4TB NVMe drive holds a large library of current games and creative projects with fast access speeds. The additional 2TB SATA III HDD provides bulk space for media archives and backups. When the NVMe volume fills, new installs must move to the mechanical drive or an external device.

Questions about this item

Does the GX601 White include a monitor, keyboard and mouse so I can start gaming immediately?

The system ships with Windows 11 Home installed and tested, but a display, keyboard and mouse are not included. You will need to provide those peripherals yourself.

Yes, the motherboard provides SATA III ports and the case has additional drive bays, so your current SATA drives can be installed next to the supplied 2 TB HDD.

How can I verify the liquid cooler is functioning correctly after I power on the PC?

Enter the UEFI or use the ASUS monitoring utility in Windows to confirm the CPU temperature idles well below 50 °C and that the pump RPM is reported above zero.
