Target Build

This ASUS ROG Strix Helios GX601 White desktop pairs an Intel Core i9-14900KF 24-core processor with an AMD Radeon RX 9070 graphics card for high-frame-rate 1440p and entry 4K gaming. The 3.2 GHz base clock and 16 GB GDDR6 video memory suit creators who also stream or edit. Buyers needing ECC memory or dual-GPU scaling will not find those capabilities here.

Cooling & Software

A 360 mm liquid cooler handles the CPU thermal load while Windows 11 Home provides the operating environment out of the box. The chassis includes RGB lighting and Wi-Fi connectivity for a complete setup. Users who prefer air cooling or a Linux-first workflow must make their own changes after purchase.

Storage & Memory Headroom

128 GB of DDR5 RAM across four populated slots leaves no empty sockets for further expansion without replacing modules. The 4 TB NVMe SSD and 2 TB SATA III HDD combine fast boot and game loads with bulk media space. Workloads that exceed 128 GB system memory or require more than 6 TB total internal storage will hit the current limits.

Questions about this item

How often will the 360mm liquid cooler on the i9-14900KF need coolant replacement or pump service?

The sealed 360mm liquid cooler is maintenance-free for its service life; no coolant top-ups or pump servicing are required.

Which component hits its thermal ceiling first when the RX 9070 and i9-14900KF run flat-out for hours?

The CPU is typically the first to reach its thermal limit under sustained all-core loads despite the 360mm liquid cooler.

What are the noise and heat levels from the 750W power supply and 360mm radiator fans during all-day operation?

The 750W PSU fan stays quiet at typical loads, while the 360mm radiator fans ramp up audibly only when the i9-14900KF pushes sustained high wattage.
