OLED Panel And PCIe 4.0 Limits

The 2560 x 1600 OLED panel offers per-pixel lighting and a 240 Hz refresh rate, but brightness and burn-in mitigation remain inherent constraints of the technology. The PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe interface caps sequential throughput at the generation's maximum, so drive performance will not scale with newer PCIe 5.0 controllers. The soldered LPDDR5X memory cannot be expanded after purchase, fixing total system memory at 16 GB.
