Legion 5 15 15.1 WQXGA 165Hz

The Lenovo Legion 5 15 is a gaming laptop built around a 15.1 inch WQXGA display running at 165 Hz. An Intel Core i7-14700HX processor with 20 cores and 28 threads pairs with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 laptop GPU carrying 8 GB of GDDR7 memory. 64 GB of DDR5 4800 system memory and a 4 TB PCIe SSD complete the core specification. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed.

Two USB-C ports with DisplayPort and 10 Gbps

The chassis measures 13.58 by 10.05 by 0.85 inches and weighs 4.19 lbs in black. Two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C ports each deliver 10 Gbps and DisplayPort output; one also supports Power Delivery. Two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports run at 5 Gbps and a third Type-A adds Always On charging. A single HDMI 2.1 connector rounds out the video outputs. Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth provide wireless connectivity, while a backlit keyboard and webcam handle input.

Verify charger rating

The 20-core CPU can reach 5.5 GHz with Turbo Boost and includes 33 MB of smart cache. The 8 GB GDDR7 frame buffer on the RTX 5060 sets the ceiling for texture-heavy workloads. Confirm that your USB-C power source meets the laptop's charging requirement and that any external display can accept the desired resolution and refresh rate over HDMI 2.1 or the USB-C DisplayPort alt mode. The sealed 64 GB DDR5 configuration is not user-expandable.
