ASUS TUF F16 16" FHD+ 165Hz

The ASUS TUF F16 is a 16-inch gaming laptop built around an Intel Core i5-13450HX 10-core processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 GPU with 8GB GDDR6 memory. It ships with 32GB DDR5 RAM and a 512GB PCIe SSD, running Windows 11 Home. A 165Hz FHD+ display and Wi-Fi 6E connectivity complete the core package for portable play.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

This machine suits gamers who want a 165Hz panel and current-generation RTX graphics in a 16-inch chassis with 32GB memory already installed. Buyers needing a larger SSD, a higher-resolution screen, or Thunderbolt 4 certification should evaluate other models. The 55W CPU and 8GB video memory define the performance envelope for modern titles at 1080p.

The spec that decides fit

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 with 8GB GDDR6 is the single specification that determines whether this laptop matches your workload. It sets the ceiling for texture quality, frame rates at 1920 x 1200 resolution, and feature support in current games. If your pipeline demands more video memory or a higher GPU tier, this is not the right part.
