Questions about this item

Will the RTX 5050 8 GB GDDR7 graphics card work with my older external monitor that only has HDMI 2.0?

The laptop includes an HDMI port that can drive external displays. The RTX 5050 GPU will output to your HDMI 2.0 monitor at its native resolution and refresh rate, limited by the cable and monitor specification.

How can I verify the DDR5 5600 MHz memory is running in dual-channel mode after I receive the laptop?

Open Task Manager, select the Performance tab, and click Memory. It will show 32 GB total, two slots used, and a speed of 5600 MHz confirming dual-channel operation.

Does the box contain a second M.2 screw and thermal pad if I want to add another 1 TB PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe SSD later?

The package includes the laptop with the 1 TB SSD pre-installed, the power adapter, and documentation. Mounting hardware for an additional drive is not included and must be sourced separately.
