Upgrade path from Z790 DDR5 platforms

The 16+1 DrMOS VRM and military-grade TUF components provide headroom for high-core-count 14th Gen CPUs that lesser Z790 boards may throttle. PCIe 5.0 x16 and 4.0 M.2 bandwidth limits

The primary PCIe 5.0 x16 slot runs at 5.0 speeds only with 12th 13th or 14th Gen CPUs; older chips fall back to 4.0. M.2_1 and M.2_2 connect through the CPU and Z790 chipset respectively both capping at PCIe 4.0 x4 so the fastest consumer NVMe drives hit their ceiling here. Thunderbolt 4 and USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 headers share chipset bandwidth so simultaneous peak throughput on every port is not guaranteed.
