TUF GT501 White AMD Ryzen 9 9950X desktop

The ASUS TUF GT501 White is a new gaming desktop PC built around a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X processor running at 4.3 GHz. It pairs the CPU with a Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card carrying 16GB GDDR6 memory, 64GB DDR5 system RAM and a 2TB NVMe SSD. A 240mm liquid cooler and 850W power supply complete the Windows 11 Home system for high-performance gaming.

Suited for 4K gaming not for compact builds

This system suits gamers and creators who need 16-core processing power and a high-end Radeon GPU for 4K gameplay or heavy multitasking. The 64GB DDR5 capacity supports demanding content-creation workloads. Builders who need a small-form-factor chassis or a lower-power configuration should look elsewhere, as the full-size tower and 850W supply require ample space and cooling headroom.

240mm liquid cooler defines thermal envelope

The included 240mm liquid cooler is the key specification that determines whether this build fits your environment. It handles the 16-core CPU heat load within the TUF GT501 case, but the physical radiator size limits placement options in tighter spaces. Verify that your desk or shelf can accommodate the cooler dimensions before purchasing.

Questions about this item

Will the 240 mm liquid cooler fit inside the GT501 chassis?

The system ships with the 240 mm liquid cooler already installed in the GT501 case, so no additional clearance checks are needed.

How do I install the Ryzen 9 9950X onto the AM5 socket?

The processor is pre-mounted on the AM5 socket with the liquid cooler attached; simply connect power and peripherals to start.

What memory modules should I buy to expand the 64 GB DDR5 later?

Use standard DDR5 DIMMs; the board has four slots and all are populated, so replace existing sticks rather than add.
