ASUS TUF GT501 White Gaming Desktop

The ASUS TUF GT501 White is a liquid-cooled gaming desktop built around an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X 16-core processor running at 4.3GHz. It pairs the CPU with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card holding 16GB of GDDR7 memory. The system includes 64GB of DDR5 RAM across four slots and a 2TB NVMe SSD. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed and the machine ships tested and ready to play.

240mm Liquid Cooler and 1000W Power Supply

A 240mm liquid cooler handles thermals for the 16-core CPU under sustained loads. The 1000W power supply delivers stable power to the RTX 5080 and the rest of the platform. The case design supports airflow for the GPU and memory while the liquid loop keeps CPU temperatures controlled during extended gaming sessions.

Upgrade Path for High-End Gaming Builds

This desktop replaces older systems that lack the AM5 platform, DDR5 memory support or a GPU with 16GB GDDR7. The jump is worth it when moving from a previous-generation CPU with fewer cores or a graphics card with less VRAM. Builders who need more than 64GB of RAM or additional NVMe slots should verify the motherboard layout before purchase.

Questions about this item

How is the 240mm liquid cooler installed, and which step is most often missed?

The 240mm liquid cooler ships pre-filled and mounted on the Ryzen 9 9950X; the step most people miss is connecting the pump header and radiator fans to the correct motherboard headers so the cooler runs at full speed.

What maintenance or replacement will the 240mm liquid cooler need later?

The sealed 240mm liquid cooler requires no coolant refills; after several years you may need to replace the two radiator fans if they become noisy or fail.

What limit appears first on the RTX 5080 during sustained gaming loads?

The RTX 5080 16GB GDDR7 will hit its thermal or power ceiling before the 1000W supply or 64GB DDR5 memory become bottlenecks.
