ASUS TUF GT501 White gaming desktop

This ASUS TUF GT501 White desktop is a liquid-cooled gaming PC built around an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X 16-core processor running at 4.3GHz. It includes 128GB of DDR5 memory and a 1TB NVMe SSD. An NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 with 12GB GDDR7 handles graphics through a PCI Express x16 interface. The system ships with Windows 11 Home and an 850W power supply.

Suits high-core-count workloads and 1440p gaming

Buyers needing a 16-core CPU for rendering, compilation or heavy multitasking alongside a modern GPU will find the specification matched. The 240mm liquid cooler supports sustained boost clocks. Users who require more than 1TB of primary storage or multiple graphics cards should look at other configurations.

16-core Ryzen 9 9950X at 4.3GHz

The processor delivers 16 cores and a 4.3GHz base frequency on the AM5 platform. This core count and clock speed define the system's capacity for parallel workloads and high-frame-rate gaming. No other specification in the build alters this fundamental capability.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 128GB DDR5 version or a smaller capacity for this Ryzen 9 9950X system?

The 128GB DDR5 configuration fills all four slots and is ideal for heavy multitasking, streaming and content creation alongside gaming. Choose a lower capacity only if you are certain your workloads will never exceed 64GB.

What does the 4.3GHz base clock on the Ryzen 9 9950X actually deliver inside this GT501 White build?

The 16-core processor runs at a 4.3GHz base frequency and is cooled by a 240mm liquid cooler, sustaining high all-core speeds during extended gaming or rendering sessions without thermal throttling.

How does the PCI Express x16 interface limit the RTX 5070 12GB GDDR7 in practice?

The graphics card connects via a PCI Express x16 slot, providing full bandwidth for the 12GB GDDR7 GPU so the RTX 5070 operates at its intended performance ceiling for 1440p and 4K gaming.
