27-inch QHD gaming monitor

The ASUS TUF VG27AQ is a 27-inch IPS display built for competitive gaming at 2560 x 1440 resolution. Its 165Hz refresh rate and 1ms MPRT response time target fast-paced titles where motion clarity matters. G-SYNC Compatible Adaptive-Sync support keeps frames tear-free across variable frame rates. The 99% sRGB gamut and 350 cd/m² brightness suit colour-sensitive work alongside play.

Stand adjustment and connectivity

A height-adjustable stand adds pivot, swivel and tilt so the panel can be centred without extra hardware. Two HDMI 2.0 ports and one DisplayPort 1.2 input cover modern GPUs and consoles in a single cable swap. Built-in 2 W stereo speakers handle basic audio when headsets are not used. Non-glare coating reduces reflections in bright rooms without additional filters.

Motion clarity and HDR headroom

ELMB Sync enables motion-blur reduction together with Adaptive-Sync, a combination that suppresses ghosting at high refresh rates. HDR10 support expands contrast in supported titles, though the 1000:1 static ratio limits peak punch in dark scenes. The 178° viewing angles keep colour consistent across multi-monitor arcs. At 165Hz the panel saturates its pixel response headroom, so frame-time consistency depends on GPU output stability.
