17.3-inch laptop with 36GB RAM

The ASUS VivoBook S712JA-WH54 is a 17.3-inch Full HD laptop powered by a 10th Gen Intel Core i5-1035G1 processor with integrated Intel UHD Graphics. It ships with 36GB of DDR4 memory and a 4TB SATA SSD running Windows 10 Home. This configuration suits office work, web browsing and media playback on a large IPS display.

Installation and common issues

The unit arrives fully assembled with the memory and storage upgrades already installed by the supplier, so no internal installation is required. Users only need to complete the standard Windows 10 out-of-box setup and install any driver updates. Because the RAM includes 4GB soldered on board, the 32GB SO-DIMM cannot be swapped independently if a fault occurs.

Check your setup before ordering

Verify that your workflow runs acceptably on integrated Intel UHD Graphics, as there is no discrete GPU option. Confirm that Windows 10 Home meets your licensing needs, since the supplier notes an optional Windows 11 Pro upgrade separately. Ensure the provided USB 3.2 Type-C Gen1 and HDMI ports match your peripheral and external display requirements.
