Students and Office Users

This laptop suits buyers who need a portable Windows 11 Home machine for everyday browsing, email and light multitasking. The integrated Intel UHD Graphics handles basic media playback and casual use. Buyers who want more storage expansion, discrete graphics performance or a touchscreen should look at other models. The 8GB DDR5 memory is soldered and cannot be upgraded later.

1TB NVMe SSD and 8GB DDR5

The 1TB NVMe solid-state drive provides the primary storage capacity and fast boot times for the operating system and applications. System memory is fixed at 8GB of DDR5, which determines how many programs run smoothly at once. Verify that this storage and memory combination matches your workload before purchasing.

Questions about this item

How do I open the 180 degree hinge without forcing the display?

Lay the laptop flat on a stable surface, then lift the lid gently until it rests level with the base; the hinge is designed to stop at 180 degrees so do not push past the natural stop.

Will the 8GB DDR5 memory need to be upgraded later?

The 8GB DDR5 is soldered to the board and cannot be expanded, so plan your workload around the fixed capacity.

At what point does the Intel UHD Graphics become the bottleneck during long sessions?

Sustained 3D or video workloads will hit the integrated graphics thermal ceiling first, causing clock throttling before the CPU reaches its 4.7GHz turbo.
