What the product is and who it is for

Atari 742725278851 Tera Online Collector's Edition is a physical PC game for players who want an action-oriented MMORPG with direct aiming and dodging mechanics. The M-rated title requires a Windows XP, Vista or 7 system with 2 GB RAM and 30 GB hard drive space. It suits gamers who prefer controller or keyboard and mouse combat over traditional point-and-click gameplay.

Thermals noise and power draw in normal use

As a software product installed from DVD-ROM, the game itself produces no heat, noise or power draw beyond the host computer's normal operation. System requirements list a Radeon HD 3870 or GeForce 8800GT graphics card alongside an Athlon 64 X2 6000+ or Core 2 Duo E6750 2.66 GHz processor. Thermal and acoustic output depends entirely on the hardware meeting those specifications.

What the bundled accessories

The Collector's Edition includes the game client on disc and a DVD-ROM drive is required for installation. An internet connection is mandatory for account creation and persistent online play. No additional hardware accessories or standalone software utilities are mentioned in the supplied data. The package provides the full base game with action combat and seven character classes in a persistent fantasy world.

Questions about this item

How do I install Tera Online Collector's Edition from the DVD-ROM, and what step is often missed?

Insert the DVD, run setup, and follow the prompts. The step often missed is entering the Collector's Edition serial code from the box to unlock the bonus items before first login.

What maintenance will this PC game need later?

The game requires ongoing internet access for patches and server updates. No physical media maintenance is needed beyond keeping the DVD-ROM and 742725278851 code safe for reinstallation.

What limit appears first during sustained play on the minimum GPU?

The AMD Radeon HD 3870 or GeForce 8800GT minimum GPU will hit its frame-rate ceiling first in crowded zones, making action combat feel sluggish before CPU or RAM limits are reached.
