Controls two 4K DisplayPort computers from one USB console with integrated USB 3.1 Gen1 hub and 2.1 audio switching
The ATEN CS1922 lets one DisplayPort console control two computers while sharing two USB 3.1 Gen1 peripherals and 2.1 surround audio. It supports video up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz and switches via front pushbuttons, hotkeys or mouse gestures. A built-in two-port USB 3.1 Gen1 hub provides convenient peripheral access. The unit operates from 0 to 50 °C with a 5.0 V DC supply consuming 3.3 W.
This switch suits users who need a single keyboard, mouse, monitor and speaker set for two DisplayPort sources with USB 3.1 Gen1 peripheral sharing. It is not for setups requiring more than two computer ports, higher than 4K 60 Hz video, or USB 3.1 Gen2 speeds. Buyers needing HDMI, DVI or VGA inputs should look at a different KVM model.
The maximum video resolution of 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz determines whether this KVM matches the display and graphics output of the connected computers. If either system outputs a higher resolution or refresh rate, this unit will not pass the signal correctly. Verify the source capabilities before purchase.

The CS1922 is a 2-port switch, so it supports exactly two computers. If you only need to control two systems, this model fits; if you need more, you would need a different switch with additional ports.
It means the switch can pass a true 4K signal at 60 frames per second to a compatible DisplayPort monitor, giving sharp text and smooth video without downscaling or frame-rate loss.
USB 3.1 Gen1 runs at up to 5 Gbps, so the two front and rear Type-A hub ports will transfer data at SuperSpeed USB rates, suitable for fast external drives and peripherals.
