520W single 1U server supply with 80Plus Platinum efficiency, ATX 24-pin, EPS 8-pin, two SATA and four Molex connectors, plus PMBus monitoring
The Athena Power P1U-5520K is a new 520W single unit built for 1U rack servers and compact IPC chassis. It accepts 88 to 264 V at 47 to 63 Hz, making it suitable for global deployment without switching. The 120,000-hour MTBF at 25 °C and 16 ms hold-up time support continuous operation in always-on environments.
The +12 V line delivers up to 43 A, while +3.3 V and +5 V are each rated at 14 A and the +5 V standby rail provides 2 A. This headroom covers multi-core CPUs, several storage drives and add-in cards in a single 1U node. Systems requiring redundant power or higher total wattage will need a different form factor or a dual-unit chassis.
Measuring 1.57 by 3.94 by 7.50 inches and weighing 4.00 lbs, the supply fits standard 1U bays. Cabling includes a 24-pin ATX connector, one 4-pin P4, one 8-pin EPS, two SATA, four Molex, two floppy and a 5-pin PMBus header for monitoring. The fixed cable set limits routing flexibility in deeper chassis but simplifies installation in space-constrained racks.

Yes, the 24‑pin connector splits into 20+4 pins and the EPS 8‑pin can be separated to 4+4, so both legacy sockets are supported.
The PMBus 5‑pin header lets monitoring software read +3.3V, +5V and +12V voltages in real time, and the hold‑up time is rated at 16 ms minimum.
The supply ships with fixed cables for ATX 24‑pin, EPS 8‑pin, P4 4‑pin, two SATA 15‑pin, four Molex 4‑pin and two floppy 4‑pin connectors; no extra cables are required for those devices.
