Red-dot optic for close-range use

The Athlon Optics Midas TSR2 delivers a 2 MOA red dot for fast target acquisition on AR platforms, PCCs or optics-ready pistols. It is built for competitors, hunters and defensive shooters who need an always-ready sight at short distances. A motion sensor wakes the unit from sleep when movement is detected.

Upgrade from iron sights or basic dots

The sight replaces fixed iron sights and entry-level red dots that lack motion-activated power management. The jump is worth it when you want 50 000 hours of battery life at medium illumination and the convenience of automatic wake-up without manual switching. Ten daylight and three night-vision brightness settings cover varied ambient light.

Mount flexibility for multiple platforms

A high riser mount is included for 1/3 co-witness with AR iron sights, and removing the riser lets the optic sit lower on shotguns or other low-profile platforms. Fully multicoated lenses increase light transmission for a brighter image. The unit requires a compatible mounting rail and enters sleep mode after five minutes without motion.
