15.6-inch 300 Hz IPS panel

This 15.6-inch IPS display replaces a B156HAN12.0 panel with a 1920x1080 Full HD resolution. A 300 Hz refresh rate and 300 cd/m² brightness support fast motion clarity. The 1000:1 contrast ratio delivers readable text and visible dark detail. A 40-pin video connector matches the original laptop interface.

Compatibility and use-case limits

The screen fits laptops that specify the B156HAN12.0 part number and a 40-pin connection. Buyers who need touch input should look elsewhere because this model has no touch layer. Systems requiring a different pin count, resolution or refresh rate cannot use this panel.

40-pin video connector

The single specification that decides fit is the 40-pin video signal connector. Verify the laptop service manual lists a 40-pin B156HAN12.0 panel before ordering. A different pin count or part number will prevent installation.

Questions about this item

Does the B156HAN12.0 screen arrive with mounting brackets, bezel or video cable, or must they be sourced separately?

The panel is supplied as the bare 15.6 inch IPS display with a 40-pin connector; brackets, bezel and cable are not included and must be reused from the original laptop or purchased separately.

The part number B156HAN12.0 appears to be a single SKU — are there different resolution or refresh-rate versions to choose from?

B156HAN12.0 specifies one fixed configuration: 1920x1080 Full HD, 300 Hz refresh, IPS, non-touch, 40-pin; no alternative resolutions or refresh rates exist under this part number.

What does the 300 Hz refresh rate actually deliver on a laptop that can drive it?

At 300 Hz the panel refreshes every 3.3 ms, so motion in fast-paced games remains sharp and input latency stays low, provided the GPU can sustain matching frame rates at 1920x1080.
