Exact Replacement Panel

The ATPAZDB B156HW01V.4 is a 15.6 inch laptop replacement screen built to match the original part number. It delivers a Full HD 1920x1080 resolution through a 40 pin video connector. The panel operates at a 60Hz refresh rate with a brightness of 270 cd/m² and a 400:1 contrast ratio. This new component restores the factory display specifications for compatible notebooks.

For Single Panel Swaps

This screen suits owners of a laptop that uses the exact B156HW01V.4 part number and a 40 pin connection. It is not for machines that require a different pin count, a touch digitiser, or a higher refresh rate. Buyers who need a touchscreen layer or a panel with a different form factor should look at a different part. Verify the part number on the original panel before ordering.

Build Integration

The panel slots into the existing lid assembly using the original mounting points and connects directly to the 40 pin cable. No adapter or converter is required when the part number matches. The 60Hz refresh rate and 270 cd/m² brightness work with the standard laptop power budget. Installation frees the user from a cracked or dim display without altering the chassis.

Questions about this item

My laptop has a 40-pin video connector — will this B156HW01V.4 panel plug straight in?

Yes, the panel uses a 40-pin video signal connector that matches the B156HW01V.4 part number.

I am keeping my existing 60 Hz display cable and hinge brackets — are they compatible with this 15.6 inch 1920x1080 screen?

The replacement shares the same 60 Hz refresh rate, 15.6 inch size and 40-pin interface, so your current cable and mounting points should align.

After fitting the panel, how can I confirm the 270 cd/m² brightness and 400:1 contrast are correct?

Display a full-white test pattern and measure luminance with a colorimeter; it should read near 270 cd/m², while a checkerboard pattern will reveal the 400:1 contrast ratio.
