Exact replacement for LP140QH1(SP)(A2)

This 14 inch IPS panel matches the LP140QH1(SP)(A2) part number and delivers a Quad HD resolution of 2560x1440. It is intended for laptop owners whose original screen has failed and who need a direct swap with the same connector and mounting points. The 60Hz refresh rate and 300 cd/m² brightness replicate the factory specification. No touch functionality is included.

Verify connector and panel dimensions before

Confirm that your laptop uses a 40 pin video signal connector and that the chassis accepts a 14 inch panel with the same bracket layout. The 700:1 contrast ratio and IPS viewing angles are fixed characteristics of this panel. Ensure the replacement matches the original part number exactly, as other 14 inch screens may use different pinouts or mounting holes. Compatibility is limited to the LP140QH1(SP)(A2) model listed.

No additional accessories or software are bundled

The package contains only the display panel itself; no cables, brackets, tools or driver discs are supplied. Installation relies on the existing hinge brackets and video cable already present in the laptop. The absence of a touch layer means no calibration utility or firmware update is required. Buyers who need mounting hardware or a connector adapter must source those separately.

Questions about this item

Does the LP140QH1(SP)(A2) panel come with mounting brackets or a video cable, or must those be sourced separately?

The listing covers the display panel only; brackets, hinges and the 40‑pin eDP cable are not included and must be reused from the original screen or purchased separately.

My service manual lists LP140QH1(SP)(A2) and LP140QH1(SP)(B3) — which one matches this panel?

This unit carries the exact part number LP140QH1(SP)(A2); the B3 variant is a different revision and is not interchangeable.

How does the 300 cd/m² brightness and 700:1 contrast look on a 14 inch 2560×1440 IPS panel in daily use?

At 300 nits the screen is comfortable for indoor work and light outdoor use, while the 700:1 contrast delivers readable text and decent video depth without HDR-level blacks.
