Exact-fit replacement for LP156UD3(SP)(E2) panels

This 15.6 inch display matches the LP156UD3(SP)(E2) part number exactly. It delivers UHD 4K 3840x2160 resolution at a 60Hz refresh rate. The panel uses a 40-pin video connector and has no touch layer. Buyers who need a different connector count or touch functionality cannot use this screen.

Installs in laptops wired for 40-pin UHD 4K signals

The screen slots into chassis designed for the LP156UD3(SP)(E2) pin-out and voltage. A 40-pin eDP cable and compatible mounting brackets are required from the host device. It frees the repair from sourcing a lower-resolution or touch-enabled panel that would not drive the native 3840x2160 image.

No extra parts or software included in the package

Only the bare display panel is supplied; no bezel, hinges, cables or driver discs are provided. The 500 cd/m² brightness and 1400:1 contrast ratio are ready once the original laptop hardware drives the panel. Installers must reuse all mounting hardware and cabling from the removed screen.

Questions about this item

Will the 60 Hz refresh rate limit smooth motion during long gaming sessions?

The panel refreshes at 60 Hz, so motion updates sixty times per second regardless of session length.

Does the 500 cd/m² brightness generate noticeable heat or fan noise after hours of use?

Brightness is rated at 500 cd/m²; the screen itself has no fan and produces only normal panel warmth.

Must my laptop already have a 40‑pin eDP cable to connect this display?

Yes, the screen uses a 40‑pin video signal connector, so the host device must provide a matching 40‑pin eDP link.
