15.6-inch HD+ replacement panel

This 15.6-inch LCD panel matches the LP156WD1 (TL)(A2) part number and provides a 1600x900 HD+ resolution. It is intended for owners of compatible notebooks who need a direct replacement for a cracked or faulty display. The 40-pin video connector aligns with the original wiring harness in supported models.

Steady 60 Hz output at 250 cd/m²

The screen runs at a fixed 60 Hz refresh rate and delivers a typical brightness of 250 cd/m² with a 500:1 contrast ratio. Colour and luminance remain stable during extended sessions because the backlight and driver circuitry are rated for continuous operation at these levels. No higher refresh modes or adaptive-sync features are present.

Straightforward 40-pin swap

Installation consists of removing the bezel, disconnecting the old 40-pin cable and connecting the new panel using the same connector orientation. The most common issue is seating the connector fully; a partially inserted cable causes flickering or a blank image. No adhesive, inverter or driver installation is required beyond the physical swap.
