15.6-inch Full HD IPS replacement panel

This 15.6-inch IPS panel delivers a 1920x1080 resolution at 60Hz with a 30-pin video connector. It is built as a direct replacement for laptops that originally shipped with the LP156WF4 (SP)(U1) part number. The matte, non-touch surface suits everyday office work and media viewing.

Installation notes and common issues

Replacement requires opening the display bezel and disconnecting the existing 30-pin cable, so basic disassembly confidence is needed. The connector orientation and pin count must match the original exactly; a mismatched cable will prevent the screen from lighting up. Handle the fragile panel edges carefully to avoid pressure marks on the IPS layer.

Matching the 30-pin connector and part number

The single specification that decides fitment is the 30-pin video signal connector combined with the exact LP156WF4 (SP)(U1) part number. Laptops using a different pin count, a different bracket layout, or a touch-enabled assembly will not accept this panel. Verify the part number on the original screen before ordering.
