12.5-inch QHD Replacement Screen

This 12.5-inch Quad HD display replaces a damaged panel in compatible laptops. It delivers a 2560x1440 resolution at 60 Hz with 400 cd/m² brightness and a 1000:1 contrast ratio. The 40-pin video connector matches the original part exactly.

Not for Touch or Different Connector Models

Buyers whose original screen includes touch functionality will find this panel lacks that layer. Systems requiring a 30-pin or other pin-count interface cannot use this 40-pin part. Laptops with a different native resolution or physical size should source the correct matching panel.

40-Pin Video Signal Connector

The 40-pin connector is the single specification that determines fit. Verify the broken screen uses an identical 40-pin layout before ordering. A mismatched pin count will prevent installation and leave the laptop without a working display.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 40-pin LQ125T1JX03B panel and what step is often missed?

Disconnect the battery, remove the bezel, unplug the old 40-pin cable, fit the new panel, reconnect the cable, then test before reassembling; the step often missed is forgetting to disconnect the battery first.

What maintenance or replacement will the 12.5-inch QHD screen need later?

The 60 Hz non-touch panel has no user-serviceable parts; only the backlight or the whole panel may need replacement if brightness drops below the rated 400 cd/m² or contrast falls from 1000:1.

What limit appears first during sustained use of this 2560x1440 display?

The fixed 60 Hz refresh rate is the first limit under sustained use, capping motion smoothness regardless of GPU output.
