What this screen is and who needs it

The ATPAZDB LQ156D1JX41 is a 15.6 inch UHD 4K IPS replacement panel built for laptops that use the exact 40‑pin LQ156D1JX41 part number. It suits repair technicians or owners replacing a damaged original with the same specification. Buyers whose machine requires a different connector, a touch layer or a higher refresh rate cannot use this panel.

Capacity and headroom: resolution, brightness.

The 3840x2160 resolution delivers four times the pixel count of Full HD, giving sharp text and detailed images for creative work or media playback. At 400 cd/m² brightness and a 1500:1 contrast ratio the panel stays readable in bright rooms and shows deep blacks in darker scenes. The 60Hz refresh rate handles video and general desktop use smoothly but is not suited to competitive gaming or high‑frame‑rate workflows.

How it fits into a build: connector, form factor.

Installation requires a 40‑pin video signal cable that matches the LQ156D1JX41 pinout; no adapter or alternative connector is included. The 15.6 inch IPS chassis fits the standard mounting points for this part number and adds no touch‑screen circuitry, keeping the assembly thin and light. Verify the laptop’s service manual lists LQ156D1JX41 as the exact replacement before ordering.

Questions about this item

Will the 40-pin connector on this LQ156D1JX41 panel match the cable already in my laptop?

The panel uses a 40-pin video signal connector; verify your current screen also uses a 40-pin cable and that the pin-out matches the LQ156D1JX41 specification before fitting.

How can I confirm the 3840x2160 60 Hz IPS panel is running correctly once installed?

In your OS display settings set the resolution to 3840x2160 at 60 Hz, then check for uniform brightness at 400 cd/m², 1500:1 contrast and accurate colour across wide viewing angles typical of IPS.

Does the box include mounting brackets or adhesive strips, or must I buy them separately?

The package contains the 15.6 inch LQ156D1JX41 display panel only; any brackets, screws, bezel clips or adhesive required for your specific laptop chassis must be sourced separately.
