NT156FHM-N42 15.6" FHD replacement panel

This 15.6 inch display panel replaces a damaged NT156FHM-N42 screen in compatible laptops. It delivers Full HD 1920x1080 resolution at 60Hz refresh rate through a 30-pin video signal connector. The non-touch surface suits standard notebook configurations requiring this exact part number.

Suits owners of NT156FHM-N42 panels needing

Buyers whose laptop requires a different pin count, resolution, refresh rate, touch layer, or bracket layout should look at other listings. The 30-pin interface and 15.6 inch form factor limit compatibility to models specifying this part number. Verify the original panel markings before ordering.

30-pin video connector determines fit

The panel connects via a 30-pin signal interface that must match the laptop's cable and motherboard header exactly. A different pin count will prevent installation even if the screen size and resolution appear similar. Confirm the part number NT156FHM-N42 on the original hardware.

Questions about this item

Does the NT156FHM-N42 screen include mounting brackets or a video cable, or must they be ordered separately?

The listing covers the bare 15.6 inch panel with its 30-pin connector. Mounting brackets and any required video cable are not included and must be sourced separately.

The part number NT156FHM-N42 is the only version listed — how do I confirm it matches my laptop?

Match the exact part number NT156FHM-N42 on the label of your original screen. The replacement is built to that specification: 15.6 inch, 1920x1080 resolution, 30-pin interface, 60 Hz refresh, non-touch.

With 220 cd/m² brightness and a 500:1 contrast ratio, how will the NT156FHM-N42 look in everyday office use?

Expect a readable Full HD image for indoor tasks; 220 cd/m² is typical for standard office panels, and 500:1 contrast gives acceptable text clarity without deep blacks.
