Questions about this item

What comes in the box and do I need to buy any cables or adhesive separately?

The package contains the 15.6 inch IPS touch panel with the 40‑pin video connector already attached. No extra cables or adhesive strips are included, so reuse the original bezel tape or purchase a compatible adhesive kit.

The listing shows only the R156NWF7R2 part number — how do I confirm this is the exact version my laptop needs?

Match the part number R156NWF7R2 on the back of your current screen. This model is a 15.6 inch Full HD 1920x1080 IPS touch panel with a 40‑pin connector and 60 Hz refresh rate; any other part number will not fit.

What does the 300 cd/m² brightness and 1200:1 contrast ratio mean for everyday use on this screen?

At 300 cd/m² the panel is bright enough for indoor office work and moderate ambient light, while the 1200:1 contrast ratio delivers clear distinction between dark and light areas in documents and video.
