Direct Replacement for Asus Transformer 3 Pro

This 12.6 inch WQHD panel matches the original TV126WTM-NU0 specification at 2160x1440 resolution. It is built for owners of the Transformer 3 Pro T304UA and T304U who need a new display without touch functionality. The 40 pin video connector aligns with the factory cable routing.

Straightforward Swap with Careful Cable Routing

Installation follows the typical laptop teardown: remove the bezel, disconnect the old 40 pin ribbon, and seat the new panel. The narrow connector demands precise alignment; forcing it bends pins and causes dead lines. Reassembly requires the bezel clips to engage evenly or the glass sits proud.

60 Hz Refresh and 250 cd/m² Brightness Define

The panel runs at 60 Hz, so motion clarity tops out at standard office and video playback rates. Peak brightness of 250 cd/m² and an 800:1 contrast ratio suit indoor lighting but wash out in direct sun. The 40 pin interface carries no provision for higher refresh or HDR signalling.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the 2160x1440 resolution and 60Hz refresh rate are active after installing the TV126WTM-NU0 panel?

In Windows Display Settings or macOS Displays, verify the resolution shows 2160 x 1440 and the refresh rate reads 60 Hz; the panel should reach 250 cd/m² brightness and 800:1 contrast when viewed at normal angles.

The TV126WTM-NU0 arrives as the bare 12.6 inch 40-pin panel only — what must I supply myself?

You will need the original bezel, hinge brackets, webcam module, antenna cables and any adhesive strips; tools such as a Phillips screwdriver and plastic pry tools are also required.

My Asus Transformer 3 Pro is a T304UA — is the TV126WTM-NU0 the correct non-touch WQHD replacement?

Yes, the TV126WTM-NU0 matches the T304UA and T304U models with a 12.6 inch 2160x1440 40-pin non-touch panel; confirm your original screen carries the same TV126WTM-NU0 part number before ordering.
