The AUBEAMTO 2x2 HDMI Video Wall Controller takes a single HDMI or DVI source at up to 4K 30Hz and splits it across four HDMI displays. It is designed for installers and integrators building digital-signage walls or multi-screen presentations from one media player, PC or set-top box. The unit includes a remote control and a 5V 2.1A power adapter for immediate deployment.

Build and connections

A compact black chassis houses one HDMI input, four HDMI outputs, a 3.5mm stereo jack for 2.0CH audio and an optical SPDIF port for 5.1CH audio. The 3.5mm and SPDIF outputs let you feed external speakers or an amplifier independently of the displays. No rack ears or mounting brackets are mentioned, so the device sits on a shelf or in a cabinet near the screens.

Limits of the HDMI 1.4 path

The controller complies with HDCP 1.4 and HDMI 1.4, so input tops out at 3840x2160 30Hz while every output is fixed at 1920x1080 60Hz.
