Dual-PC 8K KVM Switch

The AUBEAMTO F0405 lets two computers share one monitor, keyboard and mouse. It supports video resolutions up to 7680×4320 at 60 Hz and 1080p at 120 Hz. A front-panel button toggles the active host instantly. LED indicators show which system is live.

Build integration and space savings

The unit measures 2.09 × 0.63 × 3.94 inches and weighs 5.3 ounces, so it fits on a crowded desk. Four USB 3.0 ports at 5 Gbps handle peripherals such as printers or flash drives. One USB 2.0 Type-A-to-C cable and two USB 3.0 Type-A-to-C cables are included for host connections.

Upgrade path and limits

This switch replaces separate HDMI cables and USB hubs for dual-PC setups. It does not support more than two computers or automatic switching. Buyers who need three or more host ports, EDID emulation or remote control should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the 48 Gbps HDMI 2.1 bandwidth handle 8K 60 Hz without dropping frames during long sessions?

The switch is rated for 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz over its 48 Gbps HDMI 2.1 link, so sustained use at those resolutions stays within the specified bandwidth.

Does the unit get hot or draw much power when left on all day with two PCs connected?

Operating temperature is rated from -15 °C to 55 °C, and the compact 2.09 x 0.63 x 3.94 inch enclosure runs passively without a fan, so heat and power draw remain low in continuous operation.

What cables must I already have to connect both computers and a monitor to this KVM?

You need two HDMI cables for the video links and two USB Type-A-to-Type-C cables for the PC connections; the box includes one USB 2.0 and two USB 3.0 Type-A-to-Type-C cables to cover the USB side.
