AUBEAMTO TJ-A028 DisplayPort 1.4 Extension Cable

This male-to-female extension cable adds 3.3 feet of reach between a DisplayPort 1.4 source and a compatible display. It is built for PC builders, gamers and home-theatre users who need extra length without replacing their existing cable. The 32.4 Gbps HBR3 bandwidth supports resolutions up to 8K at 60 Hz and high refresh rates at lower resolutions.

Triple-shielded construction

The cable uses solid copper conductors, triple shielding and 24K gold-plated contacts inside an aluminium shell to resist corrosion and electromagnetic interference. These materials preserve signal integrity at the full 32.4 Gbps rate and maintain compatibility with HDCP 2.2, Dynamic HDR, DSC 1.2 and Multi-Stream Transport. FreeSync and G-Sync variable refresh rates pass through without added latency.

Simple plug-and-play installation

Connect the male end to your GPU or laptop and the female end to your existing DisplayPort cable; no drivers or external power are required. The only common issue is exceeding the total cable length beyond the DisplayPort specification, which can cause signal drop-out at the highest resolutions. Ensure the combined run stays within recommended limits for 8K or 4K 240 Hz operation.

Questions about this item

Will the gold-plated connectors on this 3.3 ft cable need re-seating or replacement over time?

The 24K gold-plated connectors resist corrosion and oxidation, so they should not require routine re-seating or replacement under normal use.

What bandwidth ceiling limits sustained 8K@60Hz transmission on this DisplayPort 1.4 extension?

The cable is rated for 32.4 Gbps using HBR3 signalling, which is the maximum bandwidth defined for DisplayPort 1.4.

Does the triple-shielded copper construction run warm or draw extra power during all-day 4K@240Hz gaming?

As a passive copper cable it draws no external power and generates no measurable heat during continuous operation.
