Audio-Technica APHX-MFP-2 Pop Filter Double-Mesh Gooseneck Clamp 300g

Audio-Technica APHX-MFP-2 Double-Mesh Pop Filter

The Audio-Technica APHX-MFP-2 is a double-layer mesh pop filter designed to reduce plosives, hisses and thuds during vocal recording. Its dual-screen construction disperses air pressure while preserving the natural tone of the voice. Singers, podcasters, voice-over artists and streamers can achieve cleaner audio without muffling. The package includes a flexible gooseneck arm and a clamp for secure mounting.

Check desk thickness and microphone stand

Before ordering, verify that the mounting surface is no thicker than 1.75 inches so the adjustable clasp can grip securely. The clamp attaches to table edges, desks, microphone stands or boom poles. Confirm that your microphone setup allows enough reach for the gooseneck to position the screen at the desired distance from the capsule. No tools are required for installation.

Steel gooseneck holds position without sag

The fully rotational gooseneck is built from rigid metal that resists drooping once bent into place, keeping the filter stable during long sessions. Double-layer nylon mesh screens are framed in durable plastic that withstands repeated cleaning. The clamp mechanism uses padded jaws to prevent scratching on furniture or stand finishes. At 300 grams the unit adds negligible weight to a boom arm or desk mount.
