Night Vision Binoculars with 3D Display

The Audiovox NV8000 binoculars combine a naked-eye 3D display with infrared illumination for observation in total darkness. They suit outdoor users who need hands-free viewing via the included head mount. The dual-screen TFT system allows independent dioptre adjustment for each eye.

3000 mAh Battery and 250-300 m Range

A built-in 3000 mAh lithium cell powers the 3 W 850 nm IR LED with seven brightness levels. In complete darkness the device reaches 250-300 metres, while weak-light observation extends from 1 metre to infinity. Four colour modes and 4× digital zoom adapt the image to conditions.

Questions about this item

Will the NV8000 work with my existing 850 nm IR illuminator for extended range?

The built-in 3 W 850 nm IR LED offers seven brightness levels and reaches 250-300 m in total darkness; adding an external 850 nm source may extend range but the device has no external IR sync port.

How can I verify the dual 1.4390×390 TFT screens are aligned correctly after setup?

Switch to dual-screen mode, adjust the independent +/-3 dioptre compensation for each eye until both images are sharp, then confirm a single fused 3D view with no double vision.

What accessories are included and what must I buy separately for head-mounted use?

The box contains a protective case, USB cable, strap, battery, cleaning cloth, manual, mount and head strap; no extra items are required for head mounting.
