Aukey HW11 Wireless Gaming Headset

The Aukey HW11 is an over-ear wireless headset finished in Obsidian Black. It connects via a 2.4 GHz USB dongle for low-latency audio on PS5, PS4, PC and Switch, and also pairs with Bluetooth devices such as Mac and mobile. A 1000 mAh battery provides up to 50 hours of operation and recharges in 3 hours via the included Type-C cable.

Compatibility and Latency Focus

This headset suits competitive players who need 20 ms ultra-low latency on PlayStation, PC or Switch and want a noise-cancelling boom microphone that adjusts through 120 degrees. It is less suited for users who require active noise cancellation for travel or who prefer a purely wired analogue connection with zero wireless overhead.

50 mm Drivers and 50-Hour Battery

The 50 mm dynamic drivers cover a 5 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response at 32 ohms impedance, delivering stereo sound with deep bass and clear highs. The 1000 mAh battery yields 50 hours of continuous wireless play at a range of 15 m, and the headset recharges fully in 3 hours over Type-C.

Questions about this item

Does the 2.4 GHz dongle or the Bluetooth link keep the headset quiet and cool during all-day use?

The 2.4 GHz wireless link provides 20 ms latency and a 15 m range; passive noise cancelling blocks ambient sound without active circuitry, so heat and power draw stay low for the full 50-hour battery life.

What must I already own to connect the headset wirelessly?

A USB Type-C port for the 2.4 GHz dongle or a device with Bluetooth for the wireless link; the included Type-C cable handles charging.

Will the headset work with my older PS4, Switch or Mac alongside a newer PS5 or PC?

Yes — the 2.4 GHz dongle connects to PS5, PS4, PC and Switch, while Bluetooth pairs with Mac and mobile devices, all using the same 50 mm drivers and noise-cancelling microphone.
