AUTO-VOX RSS10001 Hand Rivet Nut Setter Kit

The AUTO-VOX RSS10001 is a hand-operated rivet nut setter kit designed for installing threaded inserts into thin materials. It suits automotive repair, metal fabrication and general maintenance tasks where a permanent threaded anchor is required. The kit comes in a black plastic case measuring 6.5 in on each side.

Suitable for installers needing imperial thread

This kit fits technicians who work with imperial-sized rivet nuts and want a manual tool for occasional or field use. It is not for high-volume production lines that demand pneumatic or hydraulic installation speed, nor for users who require metric thread sizes not included in the set.

Contains 300 pieces in resealable bags

The package supplies 300 individual components divided into three resealable bags inside the case, allowing organised storage and easy access to the correct size during assembly.

Questions about this item

Will the 300-count cotton rounds fit alongside my existing first-aid supplies in a standard cabinet?

The plastic case measures 6.5 in x 6.5 in x 6.5 in, so it occupies a compact cube that slides easily onto most shelves beside bandages or antiseptics.

How can I verify the cotton rounds are truly lint-free after opening the package?

Press a round against dark fabric or view it under a black light; the waterjet-woven, 4-layer construction should leave no visible fibres or debris on the surface.

Does the kit include the three resealable 100-count bags shown in the images, or must I buy storage bags separately?

The package already contains three 100-count resealable bags inside one large resealable outer bag, so no additional storage containers are required.
